Rates and Validity

All rates are quoted in USD or other currencies and are valid immediately unless otherwise specified. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—such as increases in transport costs, admission fees, hotel rates, or government taxes—Jogja Indo Tours & Travel reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

Booking and Confirmation

If you do not receive our email confirmation, please check your spam folder or notify us via email.

Coverage / Acceptance

All quotations issued by Jogja Indo Tours / Jomblang Cave Tours & Travel are subject to the stated Terms and Conditions.

Passports and Visas

Guests are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents. A passport is required for all international travel. Please check with relevant authorities regarding visa requirements and entry regulations.

Payment

A minimum 10% deposit is required in advance via PayPal or bank transfer (multi-currency). The remaining balance is paid in cash upon arrival.
Bank fees are the responsibility of the payer. Please email the transfer slip for verification.

Claims and Refunds

Claims must be submitted within 30 days after the end of the program. Any approved adjustment will be based on the actual cost of the affected services.

Cancellation Policy

– Cancellation within 7 working days before arrival: 20% cancellation fee
– Cancellation within 3 working days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee
– Unused services within any package are non-refundable.

Amendments

Jogja Indo Tours & Travel reserves the right to correct errors or omissions in published materials and to update Terms and Conditions in line with legal or regulatory changes. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Ensure your policy covers medical evacuation and travel cancellations. Bring a copy of your insurance documents during your trip.

Hotel

Rates include standard service charges and taxes.
Check-in: 14:00 • Check-out: 12:00
Group (GIT) rates are available upon request.

Liability

Jogja Indo Tours & Travel acts only as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other services. We are not responsible for:
– Any act, omission, accident, or irregularity affecting persons or property
– Journey cancellations, delays, unavailability of seats/berths, or failure to transport luggage

Miscellaneous Information

Electricity:
Indonesia uses European-style round two-pin plugs (Types C & F), 220V, 50Hz.

Tipping:
Tipping is not mandatory but highly appreciated. Tips for guides and drivers may be prepared in envelopes and given at the end of service.

Money Matters:
– Currency: Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
– Credit cards are widely accepted in hotels and restaurants
– Small shops and village eateries typically accept cash only
– Prepare various denominations of Rupiah notes for convenience
