Jogja Indo Tours is a local agency in Yogyakarta - Indonesia specializing in providing tours requirements and function as travel agency, free independent travelers, tour group, incentive, and tour type on temples, city tour, hike, raft, caves, tubing, volcano, beaches, historical, nature, national park etc.
As the Indonesia most special region, Yogyakarta has a wealth of wondrous attractions few have ever seen. RATES AND VALIDITY
All rates will be quoted USD or others currancies and valid immediately unless otherwise stated. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, which is over and beyond our control such as increase in transportation cost, admission fee, hotel rates, government tax, etc, Jogja Indo Tours & Travel reserves the right to alter such applicable rates without prior notices.

In confirmantion if you don’t receive an email reply from us, please check the Spam folder or notify us via email.
COVERAGE / ACCEPTANCE
All quotation by Jogja Indo Tours / Jomblang Cave Tours & Travel is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS
It is the guest's sole responsibility to obtain, and have available when necessary, the appropriate valid travel documents. All guests are advised to check with the appropriate government authority to determine the necessary documents. A valid passport is required for traveling to all international destinations. Please contact the appropriate consular office for entry requirements pertaining to your journey.
PAYMENT
Payment for bookings will be made in advance for min'10% by ONLINE PayPal or other methods by Bank Transfer (Multi-Currency), rest by Cash Upon Arrival.
*Bank charges are to be borne by payer, the capture of the transfer slips to email for our easy reference.*
CLAIMS AND REFUNDS
For verifiable claims to be considered, they will be received within 30 days of the termination of the program. Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual price of the services involved.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of any confirmed booking within 7 workings days prior of arrival date are subjected to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 3 workings days prior of arrival date are subjected to a 25% cancellation fee. Any unutilized service in any of the mentioned packages will NOT be refundable.
AMENDMENTS
Jogja Indo Tours & Travel reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in its published materials and to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time as the result of any material changes to legislation or regulation. All amended Terms and Conditions shall automatically be effective upon being published. Accordingly, guests should consult your Jogja Indo Tours Journeys Designer prior to travel in order to ensure they are aware of any changes.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend taking up travel insurance that among other things cover Travel Agent insolvency protection and cancellations over health & compassionate reasons. It is highly recommended to take up travel insurance during your visit here. Make sure that the policy you buy covers medical evacuation (which can be very expensive). Insurance documents should be brought along during the trip for emergencies.
HOTEL
All rates are quoted with standard service charge and government tax. Check-in time at 1400 hrs and check-out time at 1200 hrs. GIT rates are available upon request.
LIABILITY
Jogja Indo Tours & Travel acts only as agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other contractors and therefore does not accept any responsibility for :
*Any act of omission or default accident or irregularities that may be caused to person and or property.
*Any cancellation of journey, delays, failure to provide seats, berth, and facilities for carrying or storing luggage.
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
Electricity:
Indonesia uses European-style two-pin round plugs ('C' & 'F'-type are the most common variant found): Voltage is at 220 V 50 Hz.
Tipping:
Tipping is not obligatory in Indonesia but any amount for a good service rendered is highly appreciated. Our tipping recommendation for guide and driver after the tours. Please calculate the total and prepare the tipping in an envelope to be presented to each guide and driver at the end of their service.
Money Issues:
* You will be required to change Indonesian Currency (IDR) for your holiday in Indonesia. Please ensure that you have good denominations of all Rupiah notes. In Indonesia, credit cards are accepted for expenses incurred at hotels and restaurants. However, small shops and small-town eateries in the countryside can only accept cash.
