Bookings can be made directly through our website or via our contact channels and message form. If you do no receive a response, please check your spam folder or contact us again.
To secure your booking, we kindly ask for a minimum 10% advance payment via PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Payment link (Debit or Credit Card). The Balance can be paid in cash upon arrival, or paid using the same advance payment method, with any transfer fees covered by the sender.
Rates are listed in USD or other currencies and may change due to external factors such as transportation, entrance fees, hotel rates, or government taxes.
If a booking is cancelled within 7 working days prior to arrival, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations made within 3 working days will be charged 25%. Please note that unused services cannot be refunded.
We strongly recommend it. Insurance should cover medical care, evacuation, cancellations, and other travel-related risks.
Guests are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and all required travel documents. Check with your consular office for entry requirements.
Standard check-in is 14:00 and check-out is 12:00. Group rates (GIT) are available upon request.
Tipping isn’t mandatory but is appreciated. You may prepare tips for guides and drivers in envelopes to give at the end of the service.
Indonesia uses 220V with European-style two-pin plugs (types C & F). Credit cards are accepted in most hotels and restaurants, but cash is needed for small shops and rural areas.
